Responsible for managing the MPW process for all the CMOS prototype projects on the 0.35um Line. Supported customers through from Tape Out and up into production. Developed department as it expanded to handle up to 20 new projects per month.

I worked solving Dark Current issues on CMOS imaging sensors culminating in me designing a dark current test street and automated measurement program that is still used on all imaging production runs today.

Joining the novel world of Semiconductor manufacture straight from completing a Chemistry degree was an eye-opener!
