Currently working as a consultant for Stat Oil in Williston, North Dakota. Assist with leadership in helping establish performance initiatives and training to support the Health, Safety, and Environmental program. Active leader in training new hires on the company safety program. Use field based observations to develop systems for compliance with internal and external requirements. I was brought in as a consultant to help build and start Antero Resources LDAR program using a FLIR camera. Responsible for the monitoring of all active well pads and the documentation of any detected leaks, the repairs of them, and re-monitoring to ensure their repairs. I ensure that the pads have the proper permitting filed with the state, and that are in operation according to those permits. Along with LDAR inspections, I also complete behavioral based observations on pads with operations, sump inspections, and slip inspections.

Responsible for daily implementation of HSE processes and procedures to help lead to greater long term goals of the company. Involved in observing and coaching employees on behavioral based safety observations, incident investigations, root cause analysis, and risk management.

At GeoKinetics I was responsible for training all crew employees in how to perform any job they may encounter in the field safely and properly to prevent both injury and production loss. I ran daily safety meetings covering OSHA topics and hazards encountered the previous day. I was also responsible for the risk identification, assessment, and management of controls for all new jobs started by the crew.

At State Farm I sought out and identified new customers for business in all lines of service; auto, home, life, health, and bank.

At New Caney ISD I taught 7th Grade Texas History, and coached Football, Basketball, Track, and Baseball.
