JW has overseen all aspects of ONLINE’s third-party Collection Agency, early-out services, and resale of Credit and Consumer Reports since 2001. I attended North Carolina State University where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Human Resource Management. He went on to earn a Masters in Business Administration from East Carolina University. J.W. currently serves on the North Carolina Association of Collection Agencies Board of Directors. In addition, he is a licensed Location manager by the State of Tennessee and a Licensed Collection Agency Manager by the States of Michigan, Nevada and Colorado. Locally he serves on the board of First Citizens Bank and Carver Machine Works in Washington, NC.
