I joined as the first business hire and led all marketing and communications, growing membership from the initial Beta group of ~500 to 50K+.Some highlights were:– Mission: Inspire—Recruited 12 Olympians to post about their experience from London, during the 2012 summer games (including 2 "I just won gold!!" posts)– Built brand partnerships with The North Face, Powerade ZERO, Men's Health, Prana, Bonobos, and dozens of others.– Secured coverage by TIME, CNN, HLN, The Atlantic, Guardian, Forbes, Fast Company, Entrepreneur Magazine, Inc Magazine, TechCrunch, The Next Web, and 100+ others.

First teacher at the Seeds of Hope trade school, which serves children from local orphanages and favela communities. Created "SoHIP" program to prepare future long-term volunteers, including a syllabus and general materials for new teachers. Also organized community development programs and events, and assisted with international short-term volunteer teams.
