J has spent over 20 years in the construction, operations, maintenance, and modification industry with construction contractors, operations and maintenance providers, and utilities. J has been an O&M plant and project manager in several states where he has been responsible for safety, schedule, cost, and project margins. J has a history of mobilizing new projects and developing teams to execute O&M and capital work. Projects have been dynamic in nature with various concurrent scopes of work that evolve based on emerging conditions. Work has included self-perform and contracting with local vendors for services and material. Many of these projects involved contingency planning to support “what ifs,” while maintaining a fixed schedule. Work of this nature requires a high degree of transparency, reporting, and teaming for successful execution.
