Responsible for $1MM+ in incremental bookings during year one• Deployed a wide-range of operational systems and business intelligence tools. This included optimized configurations of well-known tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, Intercom, and JIRA; it also included development of data pipeline and dashboards used daily by all customer facing teams (built with Google BigQuery, Cloud Dataflow, and App Engine)
