• Responsible for managing and developing relationships with Vendors across the end-to-end Global Enterprise Division. (Vendor’s include; Mitel, Cisco, Meraki, Dell EMC, HPE, Microsoft)• Ensuring both Partners and organisation meet and exceed partner performance metrics and accreditations. • Develop, own and evolve strategic sourcing process and bid reviews. • Identify commercial sourcing opportunities and support the tendering, implementation and negotiation of new contracts and contract renewals• Manage the interaction between vendors and internal program delivery leads to provide adequate visibility of interdependent initiatives and programs• Responsible for and manage spend and service levels to both internal and external partners as well as restructuring rebate programs for the gain of the business.

• Focus on retaining and increasing annual spend of Assigned Account Base • Year 1 sales figures against target of 129%.• Year 2 sales figures against target of 118%• Substantial new business closed exceeding 40% of overall revenue.• Direct Client Relationship Management for assigned Account Base (CI & Global with over £2.5m Annual Spend)• Regular client meetings and focus on client retention.• Constant availability to client to ensure high-level client satisfaction.• Focus on the qualification and closing of new clients and business.• Monitoring of financial information including billing, aged debt and chargeable time• Extensive use of CRM platforms – For example, Salesforce• Ability to work from any location and on the move.
