At The Graduate School, I develop and implement strategic initiatives designed to advance the vision and mission of the School. As executive director of strategic initiatives, I advocate for and support graduate and professional students at Carolina. I serve as Co-Chair of the Graduate Student Experience Initiative, with Dean Beth Mayer-Davis (https://gradschool.unc.edu/gse/). As a member of The Graduate School's leadership team, I collaborate with faculty and administrators across campus, and I provides expert leadership in strategy and project management to inform new strategic directions for the School. As part of The Graduate School's strategic planning process under Dean Mayer-Davis, I oversee strategic initiative work as part of the School's three-year strategic plan, Building on Excellence, which launched in fall 2023 (https://gradschool.unc.edu/stratplan).
