As Programs Manager, I manage the work of the RSSC Project Coordinators and oversee the organization’s administrative functions: During 2024, I led a successful spinoff from fiscal sponsorship and the establishment of a new, independent, tax-exempt nonprofit corporation, including setting up fiscal policies and systems; establishing a new Board of Directors and bylaws; drafting employment policies, selecting an employment and HR partner; and gaining approval of a new Employee Handbook; registering with federal, state, and local government agencies; and project managing the Transfer Agreement and fund transfer from the fiscal sponsor.
