Worked in loan department concentrating on real estate 1-4 housing mortgages, consumer loans, and a little commercial. Promoted to Sr. Loan Officer. Worked and managed the loan department until 1981. In 1981 moved over to operations for the bank holding titles of Assistant Vice President, Vice President. Was elected to the bank’s Board of Directors in August 1986. Was elected President/CEO in August of 1991 at the tender age of 36.
