Working with a number of high profile high street brand eCommerce websites including Morrisons, Kiddicare and Bibendum. Involved with various Websphere Commerce projects for Morrisons and Kiddicare implementing enhancements and working closely with the business to understand the requirements of the project. For the last 2 years I have led a large team of developers and testers on a complete re-platforming project for Travelodge. I split my work between development, team leading and architecture. Whilst this being a demanding and challenging position I successfully managed to guide and direct developers towards a quality solution. I successfully balanced the needs of the customer, the demands of the limited amount of time and the capabilities of the developers.

Worked on many customer facing projects for Honda's UK website and also worked on some backend applications used by dealerships.

I lead a team of Java developers on various telecoms projects relating to the operations portal. The portal was the web interface into Gamma's infrastructure and allowed customers to login, manage their account and provision services.
