John provided design direction, quality control, and scheduling for the development of design criteria packages for facilities. Prior to the national roll-out of the VW White Frame program, he was an integral part of a team to develop the United States brand standards to allow the German design to be built consistently, durably, and economically.

This role included visiting project sites and immediately developing brand appropriate design solutions for new-build and renovation facilities.
