I am an experienced engineering surveyor with over 10 years solid experience working all over Great Britain. I started as a "chain-lad" and slowly but surely progressed up towards my current position. Working up from the bottom and learning the trade hands-on as opposed to the graduate route has given me the exposure to real-life problem solving approaches which would have otherwise gone unknown - the experience of hundreds of different colleagues shared with myself and instilled in me from the get-go.I am a very meticulous, conscientious but creative person with a passion for self-improvement andall of which I strongly feel, are the perfect buildings blocks of what makes a good engineer.All my skills and knowledge have been gained through the daily grind, because of my love of the craft and from the competence of my peers who have trained me up over the years.I am now self-employed and plan to stay that way - I enjoy the travelling and seeing different parts of the country. More-so I thoroughly enjoy working in different construction sectors, doing varied roles to keep the mind fresh and keep my hand in multiple knowledge bases simultaneously.
