Colorado Snowmobile Association (CSA) partners with other local and state agencies to ensure safety and conservation in motorized winter recreation. I work directly with the business development team to pull together proposals and presentations. Compose our quarterly newsletter, monthly mailings, press releases and update the website. I also planned and coordinated events, and design company promotional materials.

As Office Manager, I managed the office and the front desk. This also entailed maintaining the network, computers and printers; managing the phone system in the office and in the field; managing the office systems and procedures directly with the president; entering invoices for accounting; conducting employee reviews; coordinating company events; and creating proposals.

Being the shift manager included managing the front of the house staff, checking on guests and making sure their experience was above their expectations. I was also a bartender and server during my time at LoneStar.
