I am an experienced Mechanical Engineer with over 25 years of management and lead experience. I have built, managed and coordinated multiple project teams and have experience with leading change, recruitment, training and performance management. I have directly managed groups from 2 to 15 engineers and have experience of providing management cover for groups up to 85 designers and engineers.I have championed change and developed the core competences of the Piping Engineering Groups.
