I answered phones, entered orders using Microsoft Access database, set up quotes & followed up with customers regarding quotes that were set up. I also did other miscellaneous duties as directed by the owner of the company.

Notifed all regional managers of manufacturers for my accounts on all issues that need detailed notification and follow through. Was receptionist for the last 6 months or so of my time at Crossmark, was back-up for reception desk on need be basis for a time before that. Also served as back up for other associates covering vacations, sick days, etc.
