Smaller designs include field modifications, a gantry crane for a 150m bridge, and spill containment for 55 gallon drums.• Size equipment for industrial mining projects including motors, reducers, dust collectors, wet scrubbers, blowers, and compressors.• Heavily involved in engineering procurement of mechanical equipment and structural steel. Issue engineering request for quotes and purchases, correspond with vendors during the bidding process, and track fabrication of equipment until delivery at site.• Coordinate purchasing efforts across engineering disciplines and logistic departments. Organize and assign activities to keep pace with project schedules.
