Hey there! I’m Jordan, and for the last 13 years, I’ve worked as a business development specialist to help business owners improve their organizations with actionable solutions for marketing, sales, and operations. If you’ve met me in person, you know that I’m energetic and like to stay active. Growing up, I would get bored very easily which led to trouble – as is true with many curious kids with an appetite for discovery. Learning from that, I realized that it would be best if I was intentional about choosing a career with an ever-changing environment that allowed me to satisfy my creative & adventurous spirit. Through my career path, I’ve helped write marketing campaigns that generated hundreds of thousands of revenue for recognizable brands worldwide. I’ve worked within sales departments to rework their processes and strategies and helped add millions of dollars to the top and bottom lines of organizations in various industries. I’ve written a book on my psychological approach to sales and why the typical hard closes reap such disparate results. I’ve spoken at conferences, seminars, and masterminds to entrepreneurs both domestically and internationally. I’ve coached individuals from solo-prenuers to c-suite executives on how to develop themselves both personally and professionally. But none of those things are what I’m proud of. I’m proud that all of that allowed me to accomplish my true passion, and live out my true purpose: To help people get from where they were to where they want to be. I helped them learn being different can make all the difference in the world. I helped them realize that “greater” isn’t a destination, it’s a journey. Being greater is an evolutionary path of perpetual improvement that we should all be intentional about taking. Imperfect action will always beat the inaction of preparation, and you will always learn more while doing than you’ll get done while learning. Today, I work as a Managing Director at a full-service sell-side M&A firm where I get to work with business owners from all over the world and guide them to take the next step in their growth or exit strategy.
