Autonomous Systems Engineer
CurrentI am volunteering my technology consulting and software engineering skills in the areas of urban planning, autonomous vehicle control, deep-learning, computer vision, route planning, and simulation engine architecture. I apply my knowledge of motion design, A*, ROS, OpenCV, Keras, TensorFlow, C++, Python, p5.js, and JavaScript.The current response system to natural disasters still leaves many people homeless and without basic needs. To address this issue, we are designing and engineering a reliable method of rapidly deploying service and residential modules, so that our communities can more effectively support survivors during the rebuild process. We are seeking to answer the research question: "How can we improve the logistics of provisioning products and services for those left homeless in the aftermath of disaster?" One way is by developing a scalable self-similar procedure to provide uninterrupted emergency services. The matrix of interrelated components needs to be explored and pushed beyond existing solutions. Approaching the problem with scientific rigor and engineering leads to well-formulated and tested methodologies which can be adopted and adapted by organizations world-wide.
