I am a responsible, diligent, and personable leader who has grown my own company from seed to start-up, recruited followers and employees, as well as produced over 30 events. I have gained a strong background in business and professional studies. In addition to balancing studies with professional obligations in running my own company or other part-time sales and retail positions, I have honed the ability to multitask, interact with various personalities, and provide exceptional customer service even in less-than-optimal situations. Through my Business Management course, I learned the importance of providing effective and efficient customer service, while understanding company needs and priorities in service-delivery. In addition, I honed my communications skills through courses that required me to present on sensitive subject matter – receiving the highest grade in a public speaking/communications course and allowing me to teach other students how to be effective communicators.
