About Jon Winer
My unique experience in the Software and IT industry has culminated in developing a knack and passion for bringing order and efficiency to development teams and organizations. The learning, forming, storming, norming and performing phases as identified in the book 'The First 90 Days' suits to define my basic philosophy and approach. Additionally books such as 'Lean Start Up' influence my approach to both software and organizational process development; Build, Measure, Learn - Pivot. My value proposition is in my ability to identify, cultivate and execute the 'right' process and structure; as each organization is unique. A one size fits all approach generally does not work and rigid deployment of methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall may not align with corporate constraints and culture.
