Oversee and provide day to day operational management of complex back of house and point of sale system installations for 25 stadium, arena and convention center sites. Responsibilities included: Management and direction of IT and operations staff across the US, server monitoring and maintenance, vendor relationship management for deployment, support and escalations, create and maintain client relationships for IT systems and infrastructure access- Handled on-site project and vendor management for facility wide deployment of replacement network hardware, 130 new digital menu screens, 90 new POS at portable locations, 24 new retail POS stations plus back office software in addition to normal season startup preparations for existing POS in a timeframe of 60 days for Chase Field, Phoenix, Arizona- Oversaw and supported installation for 130 additional POS terminals in new construction covering 15 concessions stands, 2 levels of suites, and 5 club areas at Kyle Field at Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas. Coordinated with client IT, contractors and vendors to insure that building GPON network was fully configured and functional for POS in all areas leading up to the first game. Simultaneously directed startup of 300 existing POS in existing concessions and premium areas in a 3 week time span leading up to the 2015 football season to insure excellent customer service for Aggie patrons.- Provided specifications and decision guidance to Levy and client management for new POS system at Gila River Arena in Glendale, Arizona. Managed the vendor installation of new system software, 160 POS terminals for general concession usage, and 16 POS terminals for premium areas in two week on-site timeframe. This change led to reduced transaction times and an improved customer service experience throughout the arena.

Manage and maintain complex IT systems for Sports, Entertainment, and Hospitality sites under contract with ARAMARK. Responsibilities include: Management and direction of IT staff across the US and Canada, administration of wide area networks, associated local area networks and servers spanning the continental US and Alaska, installation and maintenance of major hardware and software deployments, setting and managing IT policy and setting & meeting short, medium, and long term IT goals and strategies for network, systems and infrastructure improvement.- Designed, installed and supported complex terminal, application and communications servers and network infrastructure converting multiple divergent and independent reservation systems into a single streamlined suite for the Parks division.- Configured, installed and managed information technology systems for all food service outlets and back office management needs for the Jobing.com Arena in Glendale, Arizona.- Designed, built and maintained servers and backup systems for centralized data warehousing database and applications for the Parks and Conference Centers business units to consolidate & enhance financial forecasting and reporting at all levels of operations.- Significantly expanded and improved network operations and reliability by designing, deploying and maintaining WAN and LAN connectivity utilizing Juniper ScreenOS devices, Cisco routers and switches and a diverse suite of software and tools for monitoring, change management and alerting.
