Kitchen Manager in a new opening JD Wetherspoons pub in Stirling. Completed 16 weeks training in an established unit in Falkirk and 4 weeks Catering Academy training in Newcastle.

Went to McDonald's after unexpectedly becoming unemployed, was promoted 4 times in 18 months to become a shift manager and developed a passion for food safety and restaurant management. completed a level 3 apprenticeship in Hospitality while employed with the company and a diploma in shift management aswell as completing a course in advanced shift management, McDonalds has so far provided me with all the skills and training i require to be a success in my current kitchen management position. I notably also travelled to London with the company in 2012 and worked at the largest McDonalds in the world at the Olympic Park during the Paralympic Games.
