Former high school editor for KidSpirit, an international youth magazine that serves as a platform for kids around the world to discuss “life’s big questions.” Currently leading KidSpirit’s alumni network as President of Alumni Council. Inducted into the Board of Directors. Mentored youth editors based in New York and Pakistan. Assisted with the annual KidSpirit Awards Ceremony held at the Capitale, NYC. Led as a volunteer facilitator for virtual editing workshops and dialogue sessions for youths across diverse ages.

Led and taught a weekly three-hour section for General Biology Lab (AS.020.153). Gave PowerPoint presentations explaining difficult concepts and laboratory techniques. Supervised students' learning during sections. Proctored and graded exams for the General Biology lecture course.

Collaborative initiative comprised of Johns Hopkins students, faculty, and staff aimed at housing educational concerts at Baltimore's artistic centers and providing an empowering platform for city-wide racial/social justice organizations. Assisted with concert programming, designed visual graphics/flyers, and oversaw social media platforms for promotional outreach.

Peer-led team learning academic support program. Led weekly two-hour sessions of collaborative learning for Organic Chemistry I (AS.030.205) and Organic Chemistry II (AS.030.206). Designed problem sets with fellow leaders on a weekly basis. Attended professional development workshops and trainings.

Shadowed ophthalmologists at SNUH's retinal outpatient clinic. Became exposed to laboratory and clinical techniques (e.g., microtomy, paraffin sectioning, OCT, FA) at the Center for Medical Innovation (CMI) research center. Read medical literature and gave presentations on retinal pathologies. Attended weekly ophthalmology seminar talks.
