Responsible for all facets of private swimming lesson program including marketing, scheduling staff and customer support. Ensured compliance with all safety protocols for Aquatic programs through compliance training, and coaching of front line staff. In 2013 private swimming lesson program drove $85,000 in revenue exceeding annual goal by $25,000, an accomplishment of forty one percent over goal. For 2014, $95,000 plus committed.Tracked and scheduled aquatic classes and swimming lessons through CLASS software. Entrusted with the leadership, planning and implementation of two annual lifeguard competitions in which ten teams competed, supported by thirty volunteers in which thirty five judges and officials adjudicated the results. In collaboration with department manager developed various design plan to accommodate future growth and meet the future needs of the community. Directly interact with customers to build satisfaction through positive dispute resolution while reaching out to community groups to build long term relationships.

-Administrative support and supervision to up to 40 lifeguards and swimming instructors including extensive use of CLASS- Prepared and delivered annual performance appraisals to Aquatics staff including deck supervisors- Programming of weekly youth night including staff mentoring, program planning, purchasing of supplies and liaise with other City of Victoria agencies including police department- Supervised staff and patron safety through regular inspections of facility as well as coaching to improve safe work practices- Oversaw advanced aquatic courses including program planning, scheduling staff and purchasing of supplies

-Train, supervise and evaluate work team of 10 day camp leaders- Plan programs, prepared marketing tools and support customers in choosing most appropriate program for family- Mentor camp staff in program delivery and customer support- Manage a budget of $1200 used for contract services and purchases of program supplies
