Led enterprise procurement transformation, partnering with 20+ internal teams to build and launch Zip’s intake-to-procure solution, delivering an industry-leading user experience for 1,000+ requestors and 5,000 requests annually. Keynote speaker at Zip’s inaugural user conference, Zip Forward. Created the Procurement Operations function, establishing and leading a team of 30 in support of Discover’s Procurement systems and data, supplier onboarding, supplier diversity, contract lifecycle management, process engineering, and supplier relationship management programs.Led the transformation of an historically complex supplier onboarding process (inclusive of risk assessments, contracting, and purchasing) to reduce end-to-end cycle time by 50%, removing over 100,000 days of processing time annually, increasing customer satisfaction by 67%, and reducing policy non-compliance by 39% YoY.Led a cross-functional team to evaluate and develop a multi-year technology roadmap to drive Discover to best-in-class.

Led initiatives to streamline Discover's contract lifecycle management practices including the launch of a new contract lifecycle management system and electronic signature capabilities, development of KPIs and reporting dashboards, assignment methodologies, and systems training and support. Initiatives led to a reduction in overall cost per contract by 19% YoY and cycle time by 11% YoY.

Led operations for Axiom’s 200+ person Chicago office, supporting capacity planning and demand management, process engineering, reporting and analytics, budgeting, and continuous improvement across all legal managed services. Led the project execution phase for a $5.3MM derivatives trading repapering project for a Global Financial Services Firm in response to Uncleared Margin Reform (UMR).

Acted as the functional SME during the sales cycle in the solutioning and RFP response for a multi-year outsourcing opportunity with Johnson & Johnson. Once awarded, led the launch of a 50+ person global contracting outsourcing engagement with teams in Chicago and Wroclaw, Poland delivering over $30MM in total contract value over 5 years.Developed Axiom's template rationalization and playbooking services product and delivery methodology which delivered over $6MM in revenue in its first year.

Project managed the recruiting and launch of a 46 person Contracting Center of Excellence for a F100 Financial Services Client.Supported the launch of a new Contracting Center of Excellence in Wroclaw, Poland which included developing a program to successfully repatriate client resources to Axiom and reduce the risk of team attrition. Codified Axiom's standard launch methodology for new commercial contracting outsourced solutions to reduce variability and risk in the launch of new outsourcing engagements.

Global responsibility for creating an operational infrastructure and managing operational risk in Axiom's Managed Services unit including its Outsourcing and Projects LOBs.
