The Cloud Center of Excellence is establishing and maturing the Cloud Platform at PG&E. The Cloud COE harnesses the powerful capabilities offered by the Cloud Providers in a reliable and secure way. The COE runs the Cloud Platform using next-generation delivery techniques such as CI/CD Pipelines, modern agile practices, Infrastructure as Code and dynamic teaming.

Developed the company's multi-year Cloud Strategy including datacenter migrations, API foundation, Data Governance, DevOps, application retirement, and open source software. The strategy includes a $90-125M cost benefit. The Cloud Strategy also included a Cloud Mentorship Program to help current employees through the transformation.Led the Cloud Enablement team as Product Owner using Agile Scrum methodologies to deliver commercial cloud capabilities.Implemented a methodology to prototype and evaluate new ideas using a process based on the Google Venture's Design Sprint framework.Identified 20+ research and development opportunities including Augmented Reality, Conversational UI, Serverless technologies, unmanned aircraft for visual inspection, big data analysis, IoT, and Blockchain.Led a major shift in the management of over $2B of IT assets across 70,000 square miles of service territory by developing a solution that identifies and tracks all IT-related assets.
