Hands-on manager for multiple simultaneous projects involving complete technical infrastructures setup for 2 newly acquired facilities (wiring, networks, workstations, servers, printers). Created marketing and sales plans, website, demo video, and national distribution network to launch completely new product line. Responsible for developing and reporting on KPIs to C level staff as well as investors.

Managed all technical and regulatory affairs projects and teams for over 9 years, including 2 full ERP system implementations, and a complete technical overhaul of the facility. Managed regulatory team responsible for acquiring 71 new state and federal pharmaceutical licenses, and acted as chief liaison for all meetings with state and local government agencies (FDA, DEA, State and National Boards of Pharmacy). Helped develop sophisticated automated processes, which allowed company to grow by 110% without the need for additional team members. Developed complex SQL reporting to enhance business analytics, and numerous line of business applications to support all teams throughout the organization. Worked closely with CEO and CFO to make certain that IT and Regulatory Affairs were always positioned to maximize support or help drive strategic initiatives.

Managed many small engagements in an exciting and fast paced environment. Developed skinnable media player using XML/XSLT/VB6 as part of a team, and developed object oriented test code using VB6 to help train developers at a client site in multi-tier software development.

Developed middle tier business logic for real-time online appointment scheduling and resource management software. Developed complex SQL scripts and stored procedures on SQL Server 2000.

Developed custom grocery chain pricing system to support over 500 retail locations. The system was part of the organization's Y2K initiative, and was efficient enough that they were able to reduce their head count saving ~ $3,000,000 annually. Assisted with project / client management while maintaining constant communication with the client in order to respond to, and prioritize their requests efficiently.

Issaquah, Wa

Managed teams of up to 150 for short duration non-technical projects. Managed photo labs at 2 different warehouses with final year having the most productive lab per man hour within the organization consisting of 160 labs at the time. Both of the labs managed had extremely high morale with 0% voluntary turnover during a 3 year period. Developed Simple SQL scripts with SQL 6.5; team oriented development using VB 5, 6 as well as Access 97 with a combination of SQL Server and Access databases.
