I’m passionate about innovation and problem-solving, especially involving software products and solutions. Working in a SaaS environment, I’ve done everything from collecting feedback from C-Suite oil & gas clients to designing new software features in Figma. In addition, I implemented new clients on over $1M of software. That’s how I discovered my interest in product management and the tech startup space. But how did I get here in the first place?My interest in technology began in 2003 when I got my first PC. Along the way, I gained interest in business and innovation. Combining my curiosity in tech and business, I pursued a Bachelor of Computer Information Systems, which was the perfect combination.I’ve completed various tech courses including project management, database management, and software development. I studied accounting, marketing, entrepreneurship, management, and other business courses alongside tech courses. Such education taught me something significant: the importance of bridging the gap between tech and business.Through my experience and education, I developed some of the following specialties:• Product Management• Business Analysis• Innovation• Business Development• SDLC• Process Improvement• User Experience• Quality Assurance• Client & Stakeholder RelationsHowever, my skill set extends beyond the corporate office. I’ve been trusted as a consultant to help a business owner successfully open his shop on one of the busiest streets in Calgary. It was an opportunity to learn more about lease negotiations and business development, and I took it.Overall, my approach to work is very detail-oriented and creative. Whether it’s a simple task for a peer or a large project for a client, I always approach the task with a “quality over quantity” mentality.Outside of the office setting, you can find me biking, exercising, and trying to catch a trophy-size pike. I also love travelling. Immigrating as a child to North America, I have flown between Poland and Canada over 15 times.
