At Cresen solutions, we build software for the life sciences industry specifically focused on compliance. We have several products that are continually gaining traction. Power CMS is our free tool that puts the CMS data into an easily digestible and helpful format. MonitorMate plans and tracks the monitoring of activities; SpendMate allows companies to create US and Global transparency reports easily. Finally, EngageMate tracks the whole process of the HCP/ HCO engagement lifecycle. As the Product delivery manager for EngageMate, I interact with our clients to gather requirements and fully understand their needs. Then convey that through technical writing and speaking to the development, testing, and business/ data analysts teams. Ushering the product development from start to finish and ensuring the product meets our quality standards. Finally, maintaining and enhancing the system to secure client satisfaction and maintain 100% client retention.

Even though working at Disney as an Acrobat and stunt person started as a job I could do while attending school. I ended up spending ten years there. During that time, I not only found life-long friendships but also a unique experience that enriches my work mindset to this day. Over the 10 years there, my responsibilities continued to increase, developing many transferable skills. • Teamwork and communication were a massive part of this role. You don’t want to be in a feud with a performer who is holding you 15 feet above concrete. • Safety is a top priority for Disney, especially in an injury-prone role like this one. Not only did I look out for my safety, fellow performers’ safety, and the guests. o One of my added responsibilities was to perform safety checks and identify gaps and issues. I would also work with management and the union to solve any issues. Maintaining the best conditions for 35 cast members to remain safe during their performance. • While performing, the environment is fast-paced and requires quick and critical thinking to provide an excellent performance and navigate unforeseen circumstances. • Finally, another added responsibility was to work in the office between shows. o Maintaining schedules for 50+ performers, finding coverage to prevent the show from going down, and scheduling vacationo Knowing the union rules and being the liaison between the cast, management, and the union. o Working in Microsoft Office
