Finally, EngageMate tracks the whole process of the HCP/ HCO engagement lifecycle. As the Product delivery manager for EngageMate, I interact with our clients to gather requirements and fully understand their needs. Then convey that through technical writing and speaking to the development, testing, and business/ data analysts teams. Ushering the product development from start to finish and ensuring the product meets our quality standards. Finally, maintaining and enhancing the system to secure client satisfaction and maintain 100% client retention.

Even though working at Disney as an Acrobat and stunt person started as a job I could do while attending school. I ended up spending ten years there. During that time, I not only found life-long friendships but also a unique experience that enriches my work mindset to this day.
