We do that all while seeking to reflect our core values: generous, unifying, thoughtful, creative, humble, and unhurried. I also work with other exec leaders in shaping and sharing the strategy of BibleProject as we evolve and mature into an educational technology and media studio. We exist to help people experience the Bible as a unified story that leads to Jesus. We give away everything we make for free because a generous community of tens of thousands of people from all around the world (including my family) has already paid for it. Our vision is to empower a global community of ten million “Bible nerds” - life-long mediators of Scripture (Psalm 1) - who serve their communities, promote human flourishing, work for shalom in the world, and support others as they learn to read the Bible the way it was designed and the way (we believe) Jesus read and understood it. Our mission hasn’t changed. Our vision has matured. Our tactics, strategy, and structure will do both.
