Client and back-end software, 2D & 3D game development in Visual Studio and Unity3D, UI design, graphic, video and animation integration, database design, server development, server communications, network protocol design, and proofreading.Wrote Unity3D apps for Shadow Quest and “MQ 2.0” where the player faces a boss using a handheld IR device and a UI podium to select spells and attacks. Worked with an art team.Wrote MagiQuest Story Explorers chromakey software that controls a camera to take pictures of the player and seamlessly place them into a personalized story book with a narrative. The book is printed and bound on location which the player receives along with a teddy bear of their choice.Worked with Cyan Worlds (Myst) to launch MQ Online, a Creative Kingdoms (CK) MMO, performing various tasks including web/game server protocol development, database integration, and writing a light-weight HTTP server for authentication and game transactions. I also represented CK to the beta test and forum communities.Created all graphics and videos for Compass Quest using the existing UI client for a low-budget, high impact addition to MQ.Wrote the MQ video and graphical UI for displays throughout the Kingdom to choose Quests, and get status and awards. The software is also installed at the Discovery Science Center DinoQuest attraction, "The World’s First Interactive Dinosaur Adventure," in Santa Ana, CA, Yas Island Waterworld SplashQuest in Abu Dhabi, and Adventure Trek at Six Flags Great Escape in Lake George, NY.Author of game control software at The Treehouse, a Stone Mountain Park (Georgia) large outdoor attraction that pitted boys against girls to see who was the best at fun physical skills. Sensors were used to detect and transmit successful activity. Music was played during the game, the score kept in real time on two large stadium scoreboards, audio. Exciting animations on the scoreboard were run at the end of each game cycle to announce the winners.
