About Jon Provencher
Growing up, becoming a professional pilot was my lifelong aspiration. After graduating Raisbeck Aviation High School in 2014, I completed my AAS Commercial Pilot degree at Big Bend Community College, earning my pilot certificates along the way. I worked at BBCC for three years as a Certificated Flight Instructor, helping young student students pursue their own aviation dreams. In Summer 2021, I started as a First Officer at Horizon Air, finally fulfilling my dream of becoming an airline pilot. Flying the Bombardier DHC-8 Q400 was an awesome experience, and my transition to my first jet, the Embraer E175, has been a fun challenge. I am looking forward to seeing what's next in my career!
