Current- Analyze the cost structure of the end products(OEM) by referencing internal and external data in order to retain competitive pricing structure- Maintain strong, productive relationship with the domestic and international vendors to effectively manage delivery, quality and sustain competitive pricing- Negotiate the quality standards, procurement (delivery window), and price structure of the end products with the OEM suppliers- Analyze the volumes and various forecasts to leverage market trends and minimize the impacts of seasonal downturns
