Trilogo is a company that aims to revolutionize maintenance and asset management through technology.🔹 At the beginning, my role in the organization was to identify the strategic objectives of the company in the medium and long term and to structure the projects to achieve those objectives (Growth).🔹 It was necessary to stay close to the company's board (C-level) to build trust and also to the main stakeholders such as customers and commercial (Sales) to identify the pains and desires for the product and with that to design the product roadmap.🔹 At the same time that I was close to the Design team that carried out research, implemented the interfaces and evaluated the experience, and to the Development team to clarify technical doubts, it was necessary to be close to the Customer Success and Sales team to identify new needs and evaluate the success of the implemented functionalities.🔸 Currently, I work on structuring the company's strategic data team, identifying and structuring key success indicators. For this, we use data analytics and data science tools.

The Apple Developer Academy/Senac is a 24 month program where learners will use the Apple ecosystem to learn Coding, Design, App Business, Artificial Intelligence, Marketing, Product and Project Management and Process and Professional skills.🔹 My role was to structure the learning journey program aimed at improving agile project management skills, product development skills (going from introduction to maturity), understanding the application life cycle, App Store Optimization concepts, evaluating application indicators (MAU, DAU, CAC, LTV…).🔹 During this period I learned a lot about aspects related to research, design and product development in the mobile context. In aspects related to research, forms of interviews, identification of pains and needs, user behavior. In the design, aspects related to conceptual panels, the Apple HIG (Human Interface Guidelines), low, medium and high-fidelity prototyping, from the use of wireframes to prototyping with software such as AdobeXD and with end users. In the software aspects, understanding of architectures like MVC, MVVM.🔹 Along with the other mentors, we were accepted to present our work in Visakhapatnam in India at the UNESCO MGIEP congress, and we also managed to structure a challenge that allowed 7 Learners to go to WWDC 2019 in San Jose, California for winning the Scholarship.🔸 During this period, my wife, who is a doctor, had a great challenge in managing her work shifts. Together with another mentor from the Academy, we worked on a side project to develop an end-to-end product (App) that is currently the highest rated App in the Brazilian App Store for managing medical shifts, Little Shift (Plantaozinho).

Maplink is a company that provides geolocation solutions and cloud logistics platform with projects for clients of multiple sizes and business segments.🔹 My role in the company was to organize, structure and manage software projects related with logistics and geolocation that were sold to customers.🔹 To fulfill this role, I was constantly gathering requirements from multiple stakeholders including customers, development team and design team so that everyone was on the same page and the delivery product was up to the customer's expectations. In addition, it required the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects in a context of ambiguity, uncertainty and complexity.🔸 In this role, I led more than 10 projects that involved map technologies (Google Maps and Maplink APIs), web services and integrations with different systems. We used agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban and project management software (JIRA).
