In this position I was responsible for maintaining and managing a computer lab used by adults with physical and intellectual disabilities. This included hardware maintenance and software installation as well as providing instruction and guidance to the users of the computer lab.

In this position, I was responsible for making sure server backups were run successfully and moving the backups to an offsite vault. I set up and managed Domain Controllers, DNS Servers, DHCP Servers, and Print Servers on Windows Server 2003 and 2008. Also, I setup new users and groups on the domain and managed group policy objects.I collaborated with other team members on special projects such as migrating workstations from Windows XP to Windows 7 and moving from our web host's email to Google Mail.Another of my responsibilities was providing hardware and software support for 35 facilities and nearly 400 users spread across Arkansas. This included keeping computer hardware running and software up to date and providing technical support by phone, email, and desktop sharing software.
