My focus ranges from initial due diligence to company integration, ensuring a welcoming and smooth transition for acquired employees. Google for Entrepreneurs Exchange is a week-long program that bridges the gap between startups, experts, and new markets. During the week of October 9th, our Durham-based partner American Underground is hosting the next Exchange program focused on black founders, with the goal of preparing the startups to raise seed and angel capital.
