    Met een solide achtergrond in informatiemanagement en een bewezen staat van dienst in de gezondheidszorgsector, vervul ik momenteel de rol van Manager Informatiemanagement bij Basalt Revalidatie. Mijn reis bij Basalt begon als Programmamanager/Kwartiermaker waar ik cruciaal was in het faciliteren van een soepele fusie op het gebied van informatiehuishouding. Dit legde het fundament voor mijn volgende projecten waaronder het vernieuwen van ons technologisch landschap door een overgang naar de cloud en de succesvolle implementatie van een nieuw Elektronisch Patiëntendossier (EPD) systeem, Chipsoft HIX, wat een grote stap voorwaarts was in het moderniseren van onze informatiesystemen.Nu, als Manager Informatiemanagement, blijf ik mij inzetten voor het verder ontwikkelen van onze informatiestrategieën, met een bijzondere focus op onze samenwerking met Revion. We zijn momenteel bezig met het uitrollen van transformatieplannen die gericht zijn op datagedreven werken, waardoor we de kwaliteit en efficiëntie van de zorgverlening verder kunnen verbeteren. Met een team van toegewijde professionals, blijf ik toegewijd aan het vooropstellen van innovatie en continue verbetering om ervoor te zorgen dat Basalt Revalidatie aan de voorhoede blijft in een steeds evoluerende gezondheidszorglandschap.Mijn ervaring strekt zich niet alleen uit tot informatiemanagement maar ook tot het effectief leiden van teams en projecten om tastbare verbeteringen te realiseren. Ik kijk ernaar uit om mijn netwerk te blijven uitbreiden en samen te werken met professionals die even gepassioneerd zijn over het gebruik van technologie om de gezondheidszorg te verbeteren.
