Ez2xs is an ICT company developing cloud software for certification, recruitment and acquisition.The frontend is vanilla JavaScript with jQuery, the backend is PHP and MySQL. The wish is to modernize the software with new technologies.For that I developed a proof of concept (POC) with a frontend in React and a backend in Node.js and MongoDB with Mongoose. Extra attention was paid to come up with a state of the art software architecture. This POC was received very well. Together with a business partner, I started a company called Shazzoo. We developed a content management system called Shazzoo. IPS (Intranet Publishing Services) was a CMS built with Lotus Notes. This CMS was used worldwide for 1,700 Philips intranet sites maintained by 3,000 content owners. I was one of two main developers in a team that developed and managed IPS. We implemented seven major releases in a decade. In 2007, we replaced the Lotus Notes client by a web browser client for managing content. At the beginning of 2015, Philips decided to switch to Microsoft SharePoint, which moved the focus to supporting the transition team. As an employee of Atos Origin I was involved in an internal project to create Lotus Notes development standards. I also supervised the construction of a Lotus Notes system at DSM as a project manager.For Philips I developed a URL registration system with Lotus Notes.

As an independent I developed components, techniques and tools and set up methods and requirements for overall development of Lotus Notes 5.x applications within the Belastingdienst.

Moved from the huge Cap Gemini to a tiny software company called Goto Reality. Within ABN AMRO I participated in an international team for one and a half year. I developed dozens of Lotus Notes applications and was involved from analysis to after care.For IBM I developed a workflow management system with Lotus Notes and Domino Workflow.
