- Supervises and directs over 40 contractors providing direct support to the $23M/400-member team operating 24x7x365 virtual help desk in support of USAF operations worldwide.- Oversees implementation of employee evaluation and career progression programs to improve retention.- Provides project management oversight for the AFNET migration controlling travel expenses, personnel availability, deliverable timelines, and necessary training/briefings for incoming bases.- Develops briefings and status updates to Commanders, Deputy Commanders, Program Managers, and other stakeholders concerning project tasks, timelines, and milestones.- Created and enforced standard operating procedures, training, and evaluations for consistent operations.

- Directed operations supporting the Air Force’s $3B global COMSEC mission supporting over 1K personnel across 6 distinct networks.- Supervised 6 civilians, 10 military members and served as the Contract Officer’s representative for a $4M contract with 34 contractors.- Created IT manpower strategy saving $600K annually on contracts while raising quality of service.- Managed operational budget of $4.3M for IT software/ hardware ensuring lifecycle management across multiple agencies while ensuring compliance with contract deliverables.- Provided strategic view for an $8M MILCON project ensuring the delivery of communications capabilities in accordance with established statements of work and performance work statements.
