I am a senior at Marist College and will start my masters in accounting (MSA) at NYU Stern in the Fall of 2025. After completing my education, I will return to KPMG in New York City as a tax associate in Business Tax Services, specializing in asset management. My primary interest in accounting focuses on tax law, compliance, and planning across all entity levels. During my past internship at KPMG in Business Tax Services (BTS), I gained experience in strategic corporate planning, including 1120s and foreign compliance. This role has given me a strong familiarity with book-to-tax adjustments, MACRS, and state and local taxation (SALT). Furthermore, I belong to the Honors College, working towards being the first accounting student at Marist to get published for my research. My research analyzes goodwill from both finite and indefinite perspectives, and an introduction of a new, hybrid method. In conclusion, as a way to wrap up my Marist journey, the college's board chose me to be the presidential speaker for the incoming class of 2028. Beyond my academic and research, I am very close with my two older brothers, and continue to play online games with them every few nights. In my downtime, I am obsessed with of Game of Thrones and a House of the Dragon!
