Managed the concept creation, writing, producing, and dissemination of all fundraising communications for WSPA’s database of 150,000 supporters.Responsible for meeting budget targets for up to 8 direct mail appeals and 12 e-mail appeals annually.Managed all aspects of appeal production including concept creation, research, writing, and working with designers, database managers, print production managers and mailhouses to ensure that all communications are sent in a timely and efficient manner. Oversaw WSPA’s monthly e-newsletter, including coordinating content with Programs, Public Relations and Website staff and writing all e-newsletter copy.Edited and wrote copy for Animals International, WSPA’s magazine for US supporters.Wrote monthly, quarterly and annual reports on all supporter development activities.Whote supporter development portion of the Annual Marketing Plan and participated in creation of annual office budget.Created and oversaw the hiring of the new position of Fundraising Associate, a position which provided overall support to the Fundraising department at WSPA.Directly managed and supervised the Fundraising Associate.
