Manage, direct and evaluate the implementation of the Ohio Help Me Grow Home Visiting Program and the federal Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting Program.Identify trends in early childhood and home visiting programs to facilitate policy analysis for home visiting programs in Ohio.Serve as State Leader for Ohio’s Healthy Families America multi-site affiliate system.Manage all grants and contracts related to home visiting and programs.Develop, write & manage RFPs, federal grant applications, work-plans, budgets, program rules, process & outcome evaluations, and continuous quality improvement activities.Supervise a diverse staff of Program Consultants to administer the delivery of technical assistance and guidance to over 100 local program implementing agencies.Represent department, bureau and programs on national, state, regional and local committees & boards.Manage, direct and evaluate the prenatal and early childhood professional development needs for Ohio’s Help Me Grow early intervention and home visiting programs.

Responsible for the planning, budgets, implementation, coordination, & evaluation of HIV/AIDS, STI & HCV education & outreach programming in an eight county region of upstate New York.Administer curriculum based education programs targeting: communities of color,LGBTQ, substance users, incarcerated & recently released individuals, women, & youth. Supervise coordination of two rural syringe exchange programs & five off site HIV testing programs.Oversee coordination & programming for LGBTQ Youth Center.Prepare monthly & year-end reports for agency, funders, & stakeholders.Supervise a diverse staff of assistant directors, program coordinators, educators, outreach workers & peer educators.Serve as liaison to local, regional, & statewide non-profit and government organizations.

Coordinate & facilitate the Mpowerment Project DEBI intervention.Establish & develop relationships within targeted MSM communities.Recruit individuals for Mpowerment Core & educational M-Groups through outreach, one on one intervention & project publicity.Organize & plan special activities, events, & educational components for the project.Serve as liaison to community agencies, organizations, & groups to develop long-term relationships to support Mpowerment Project.Supervise the Mpowerment Educator & LGBTQ Outreach Worker.
