Arrabon cultivates Christian communities to pursue healing and reconciliation in a racially divided world.

Serving as part of our senior leadership team, I get to oversee multiple departments, providing leadership and support to Heritage's staff team across our network of multiple campuses and centers. Additionally, I give point leadership in our regional & national partnerships along with sharing leadership in our global investments, and serve as one of our primary weekend communicators.

I was privileged to help cultivate a culture of multiplication through intentional investment with district leaders, overseeing the launch of a significant capital fundraising initiative, facilitating vision articulation, and identifying opportunities for better alignment of activity and financial investment. I managed relationships and ongoing communication at the local, district, regional, and denominational levels related to the starting of new churches and ongoing health of newly started churches. Guided planters and potential planters through recruiting, assessing, coaching, training, and networking as they engaged in church multiplication in The Western PA District.

I had the privilege of investing in leadership of the SLW Ministry Team. I also got to serve by granting senior leadership to SLW in Sandy Lake. Interacting with a great team of staff and volunteers, we facilitated the various ministry expressions of SLW. Serving at an executive level with other network leaders as the church leaned into multiplication meant being invited to help shape multiplication in and through the SLW body.

Served as the Assistant Pastor of The Bridge, a new church springing to life in Eastern Pittsburgh. My primary responsibilities included overseeing communications and team-building.
