Virtual Design Specialist
CurrentI design training facilities for firefighters. I start with a simple concept from the customer and develop their idea to achieve their overall training goals. The concept development stage starts with full AutoCAD drawing packages and 3D renderings created in SketchUp and rendered in Twinmotion. These drawings and renderings help get the conversation going between the department and the city to move forward with the project, getting land, and obtaining funding for their training facility.I do photography and videography of our training tower projects. I have experience with multiple cameras, piloting drones, and setting up photography and videography shoots on a mass scale. These are used in general marketing, city promotional, and tradeshow video materials.I have my Part 107 Remote Pilots license. So I am legally able to fly and shoot photos and videos with a drone for photo and video shoots. This adds a new layer to our video content that we never had before.I have the pleasure of designing everything from brand logos, brochures, and tradeshow marketing material to running our social media accounts.I am also the IT consultant. I build and setup computers, printers, and networking peripherals. I have a vast experience with Windows OS, mostly with 10 but have worked in 7 and 11. I troubleshoot day to day networking and computer issues from basic OS issues to rebuilding computers. In this position, I have learned a lot about working with people who have not had the most experience with computers. One of my favorite things is finding the solution to the problem someone is having and sharing that moment of excitement when the problem gets solved.Experience Gained:AutoCAD, SketchUp Pro, Twinmotion, Unreal Engine, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, WordPress, Microsoft Office, Windows OS, Computer Hardware/Software troubleshooting, Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter)
