As Creative Lead I’m responsible for the whole creative output of the independently owned industry-leading real estate tech company, Rex Software. Working directly on consolidating their product brand portfolio, streamlining their offering to make the business more profitable with more optimised design resources. All while mentoring the direct report designers, video/photography and web development specialists, working closely with Head of Marketing, Sales, Product and CX teams to realise our creative vision and enable the business to grow at scale.

As a Maker of Mighty I'm responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish. Producing high quality, crafted designs for all Black Eye's clients and turning both digital and traditional briefs into effective campaigns. I also brief and manage freelancers in delivering work on time and on budget. Working directly with the Creative Director and Head of Design I created wide range of campaigns, printed design, branding, and web design. As junior designer I created and artworked bespoke designs mainly for the commercial real estate, and technology sectors, including brochures, flyers, brand identities and web designs.
