* Develop, quote and manage production and post-production budgets ranging from 5K to 100K.* Manage 65% of the agency's client portfolio out of a total of $212K in revenue in 2021.* Produced over 50 projects for clients from various industries (Food, Alcoholic Beverages, Banks, Credit Cards, Hospitality, Life Insurance, etc.) where we developed commercials and audiovisual content for different media outlets.* Responsible for a team of 10 people including creatives, graphic designers, multimedia specialists, and account executives.* Responsible for the entire sales and production cycle of the company's projects.* Create work schedules to ensure that all aspects of pre-production, production, and post-production are completed correctly within the established budget.
