I ensure that the branch achieves financial targets and long-term goals. I direct project management, including: overseeing consulting projects, including assessments, contract preparation; preparing contract documents for relevant projects; performing investigations and preparing investigations reports; and managing financial responsibility for projects. My employee development responsibilities include: supervising, training and mentoring assigned employees I bring over a decade of experience in hazardous materials assessment, control and management to Pinchin’s broad range of clients; mostly residential, industrial, commercial, municipal, provincial and federal clients, primarily based in Manitoba.Prior to joining Pinchin, I worked as a hazardous materials remediation contractor on numerous projects in the residential, industrial and commercial fields. I specialized in asbestos remediation while also handling and removing other hazardous materials including moulds, lead, and polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) light ballasts. I also bring invaluable experience with hazardous materials and their controls, from my early career as a nuclear, biological and chemical non-commissioned officer with the United States Military.My unique background and skill set give me an advantage in offering clients problem-solving strategies that combine in-depth knowledge with a hands-on, practical approach.
