1. Demonstrate technical leadership in owning consumer electronics products and delivering to commits on execution milestones. Be the technical focal point (SME) for FAEs, Product Planning, Technical Marketing team members for new product related questions and enquiries.2. Coordination with Product Design and Validation Engineering to develop and manage material for reviews such as concept, design, validation meetings with customer and get customers feedback. 3. Execute detailed customer gap analysis and review with Development team(s). Work with internal teams (FAEs, Technical Marketing, Product Planning, and development) to resolve the gaps. 4. Support the customers early/pre-validation testing requirements including performance testing. 5. Work with customer to understand the customer compatibility test plans and ensure that internal validation aligns with customer testing plan. 6. Maintain the customer facing local lab for pre-validation, customer issue re-production and FA. 7. Work with FAEs to provide deeper level technical customer support including on-site FA. Conduct FA on customer reported issues and work with internal development teams to resolve the issue and provide FAR to FAE to share with customer.

Work closely with the RSM to penetrate nominated KAs, support RSM to answer request for proposal and provide suggestions to Business Development Managers (BDM) and SBUs for proper product road maps to develop the Account.2. Offer the best solution based on Moxa’s product range to answer the customer needs and act as a technical consultant. This includes project management of product customizations and full custom designs as well as influencing roadmaps through suggestions to the BDM and SBU.3. Develop and conduct product and application presentations, technical seminars and technical training sessions for KAs. Travel and be on customer site when needed.4. Provide support for customer product and systems testing by assisting customers to properly install, configure, test and troubleshoot Moxa products. Coordinate Factory Assurance Testing (FAT) with Key Accounts.5. Support Field Application Engineering, Product Marketing Department and Channel Partners at corporate events and trade shows.6. Provides client (direct customers and channel partners) support and technical issue resolution via email and phone7. Take full ownership of an issue, to develop and maintain excellent relationships with all our customers and partners, and to help in continuously improving the support service to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.8.
