I initially joined SAI Global Property as a full time Team Member on the Helpdesk Team, to attend to client’s enquiries over the National Helpline. I was later given the responsibility of managing the National Emails Inbox and to attend to general/escalated enquiries. Since then, I have been awarded multiple monthly ‘On The Spot’ awards for my performance at work, awarded ‘MVP’ after 2 months of joining the company, and was the SME for two of our Client facing applications.
